Before we begin our journey together, I'd love to meet with you and your partner for a consultation. This gives us the opportunity to:

• Get to know each other personally

• Discuss your birth preferences and hopes

• Answer any questions you have about my services

• Ensure we're the right match for one another

I always recommend interviewing 2-3 other doulas as well. Finding the right doula is about connection and comfort—you deserve to find the perfect person to support your birth experience.

There's no obligation after our consultation, and I'm happy to provide referrals to other wonderful doulas in the San Diego area who might also meet your needs.

After submitting your appointment request, you'll receive a form to complete. Please fill this out before our meeting so I can fit our session to your needs and make the most of our time together.

• Appointment confirmations will be sent 1-2 days prior to your scheduled appointment and must be confirmed by the client to ensure your birth doula arrives as planned.

• Booking Policy: Following our consultation, I'll hold your due date for one week while you decide. To officially reserve your spot, a deposit is required during this time. After one week without a deposit, I may need to accept other clients with similar due dates, which could require arranging a backup doula for your birth.
