birth plan - virtual $400

During our virtual birth plan session we will work together to create a personalized document that covers everything from your ideal birth atmosphere and pain management preferences to delivery options and postpartum wishes.
We will make sure your voice is heard in every scenario — planned or unexpected — so you walk away feeling informed, empowered and fully prepared with a clear and beautifully formatted plan ready to share with your medical team.

During our in person birth plan session we will sit down together and walk through every detail of your birth preferences face to face.
From pain management and delivery preferences to postpartum wishes and contingency planning — we will cover it all while giving you the space to ask questions, practice comfort measures and leave feeling truly confident and ready for whatever your birth journey brings.

birth support $1800

My core package includes two 90 minute prenatal visits, full birth support, and one 90 minute postpartum visit.

During our time together prenatally we will cover everything from labor stages and birth preferences to comfort measures, light labor prep exercises, body balancing work and hospital advocacy. By the time your birth arrives you will feel informed, prepared and fully supported.
I will be by your side throughout your entire labor and birth and will stay until we both feel comfortable and settled. Your postpartum visit is a dedicated time to check in, answer questions and make sure you are feeling good as you step into this new chapter.

My signature package includes three 90 minute prenatal visits, full birth support, and two 90 minute postpartum visits.

The extra prenatal visit gives us more time to go deeper — more practice, more questions answered and more confidence built before your big day. By the time your birth arrives you will feel truly informed, prepared and ready for anything.
I will be by your side throughout your entire labor and birth and will stay until we both feel comfortable and settled. Two postpartum visits means more dedicated time to check in, support your recovery and make sure you are feeling good as you step into this new chapter.
